A budget-friendly choice near Universal. Could use some upgrades but the staff were nice and it was clean enough for a short trip.

The staff was unbelievably rude. The front desk employee crumbled my reservation and through it in the bin in front of my face and told me she can not issus a refund on my stay when I paid for 5 days and stayed 1 night. I am disgusted in this hotel.

My experience was disappointing. The hotel needs serious attention to cleanliness, and the front desk staff were not helpful. I needed a place to sleep for a night near Universal, but this was a bad choice.
